Can I become a resident?
You can become a resident if:
- you are aged over 60
- you have an assessment from the government’s Aged Care Assessment Team (ACAT) that approves both your eligibility and what level of care you require.

Since 1956, Eltham Retirement Centre has been located within easy walking distance to the Eltham railway station and bus interchange and the central Eltham shops.
