Multiple and Complex Needs Initiative

Multiple and Complex Needs Initiative (MACNI) targets individuals aged 16 or over who have multiple and complex needs. The program is time limited and centres on specialist intervention that aims to stabilise housing, health, social connectedness and safety issues.

Who does the program support?

MACNI supports young people who have a referral through MACNI.

How does the program work?

MACNI provides intensive case management services to vulnerable members of the community. The program aims to provide opportunity for long-term engagement within service systems. Practice is informed by the Human Services (Complex Needs) Act.
