Case Management Action Group
The Case Management Action Group is a network of primarily disability case management providers throughout the north and west metropolitan region of Melbourne.
We seek to:
- engage in systemic advocacy to collectively promote that people with a disability have their needs adequately represented and understood. Systemic issues are identified, members collectively contribute to actions to address these via projects, information dissemination and research
- disseminate information to disability case managers and the membership that is relevant to the needs of service users
- offer training for disability case managers and planners, seeking to enhance the quality of service provision within the sector by the acknowledgement, development and promotion of best practice approaches
- enhance the performance of the service system by promoting a collaborative approach towards skills acquisition and training that utilises expertise and complements the diversity of the service sector.
