Housing and Homelessness Support/Life Skills

The Creating Connections Housing and Homelessness Support/Life Skills Workers develop and co-ordinate living skills programs across the Northwest region. The program provides assistance to young people (16-25) who are homeless or at risk of homelessness.

We can provide a range of modules to both groups and individuals these can include cooking, budgeting, relationships, housing and health.

Living skills can be developed to target specific groups such as young parents and young people from Community and Linguistically Diverse Communities (CALD) and others depending on need.

The Housing and Homelessness Support/Life Skills Workers can also produce resources and packages that can be utilised by other community programs.
