Outcomes for young people
On exiting the youth precinct, young people will:
- be on a "pathway" to achieving their life goals and dreams
- have improved self-esteem and confidence
- have set and achieved personal goals
- be in education, employment or training
- be in stable housing
- be living independently
- no longer be in crisis
- be connected to their family, if appropriate
- have a sense of their own needs and how to reach them
- be connected to their community, and no longer isolated
- know they can take control of their lives
- be healthier and happier
- be able to build healthy relationships.
