Creating Connections Educational and Employment Pathways

Creating Connections Educational and Employment Pathways (CEEP) are for young people aged 15-25 who are homeless or at risk of homelessness and who are supported by homelessness assistance service (SAAP) to access education and employment options.

Creating Connections Education Employment Pathways (CEEP) is a YHAP initiative aimed at strengthening planned pathways to independence through engagement in education, employment and training. CEEP brokerage funds are available to young people aged 15-25 who are homeless or at risk of homelessness and who are supported by a homelessness assistance service (SAAP) to access education and employment options in the North West Region.

CEEP Updates

SAAP support workers can apply for CEEP funding for their clients at anytime. Where possible, applications should be sent electronically to ceep@mcm.org.au. Signed consent forms can be faxed to: 03 84862121. If you have any queries contact Andrea Hutton on 03 84862155. A reminder to all services who have received CEEP funding that:

  • 3 month and 6 month reviews need to be completed in a timely manner.
  • To apply for CEEP funds please complete the online application form and email to ceep@mcm.org.au
  • Available resources also include the CEEP Guidelines, Funding Caps, Example Questions and the Feedback/Progress Form.

The range of complementary and engagement programs prepare residents in Melbourne’s North and West to enter the workforce, remain connected to education, engage with further training opportunities, and to develop enhanced connections with their local community.
