Youth Connections Program
Youth Connections Program is a case management program that assists young people aged between 13 and 19 with reconnecting with school or to improve engagement with education or employment.
The objective of the Youth Connections Program is to support young people to re-engage with education, employment or alternative training. In addition, the program aims to support young people to overcome any personal barriers which have been preventing them from achieving their goals.
To be eligible for support you must:
- Be aged 13- 19
- Have links to the City of Yarra or Inner Melbourne Region.
- Have been disengaged from education and or the community for 3 months or more.
- Have not completed year 12 or equivalent.

Melbourne Citymission’s Education, Training & Community Unit supports people experiencing disadvantage to be socially included in their community. The range of complementary and engagement programs prepare residents in Melbourne’s North and West to enter the workforce, remain connected to education, engage with further training opportunities, and to develop enhanced connections with their local community.
