Gateway Reconnect

The Melbourne Gateway Reconnect Program works with young people who are newly homeless or at risk of homelessness and are connected to the CBD through family, school, social or other connections. Gateway Reconnect uses family inclusive, early intervention strategies aimed at assisting young people achieve family reconciliation, and improve their engagement with education, employment and their community.

Services provided by Melbourne Gateway Reconnect include: case management, family mediation and referral to specialist services where required to meet the individual need of the clients.

Who is this for?

Gateway Reconnect is for young people 12-18 years of age who are newly homeless or at risk of homelessness, and are connected to the CBD through family, school, social or other connections.
