Youth Connections
Youth Connections offers one-on-one intensive support to young people disengaged from education. This service helps young people deal with issues in their lives and supports a return to education or training. Outreach can also be provided to those who are not able to come into Frontyard.
Who is this for?
Youth Connections is for young people disengaged from education between the ages of 13-19.
