Young Women’s Crisis Service
Young Women’s Crisis Service is made up of two programs that include Vicki’s Place and Young Women’s Crisis Outreach Service.
Who does the program support?
The Young Women’s Crisis Outreach Service is available to:
- young women (aged from 16 to 24), including women with accompanying children.
Vicky’s Place is available to:
- young women (aged from 16 to 24), including women with accompanying children.
How does the program work?
Young Women's Crisis Outreach Service
Young Women's Crisis Outreach Service provides intensive crisis intervention and support to young women with and without children who are homeless or at risk of homelessness.
The Outreach team also provides support to young women in a number of transitional properties across the northwest metropolitan region and Outreach support on a statewide basis.
Vicky’s Place
Vicky's Place offers supported crisis accommodation to young women as well as young women with accompanying children who are homeless or at risk of homelessness.
Young women can stay at Vicky’s Place for up to 6 weeks, in which time they are supported to find more suitable, stable long-term accommodation.

Homelessness Accommodation and Support Services provide a range of support to young people, adults and families who are at risk of homelessness or are homelessness.
The aim of Homelessness Accommodation and Support services is to empower service users to work towards independence. We respect and value the decisions of our clients so we can provide the information, advocacy and community links that best meet their needs.
