Complaints about Melbourne Citymission

You, your family, carers and friends have the right to make a complaint about any Melbourne Citymission service. Melbourne Citymission treats all complaints seriously, and with strict confidentiality.

How to make a complaint

Speak to your Melbourne Citymission staff member about your complaint first. If you feel that your concerns have not been properly acted on please speak to a Melbourne Citymission manager.

You can also make a complaint via our website, at one of our offices or in writing, which you can send to your local Melbourne Citymission office.

Once you have made a complaint

Melbourne Citymission has a process that we follow when you make a complaint. Your worker or local Melbourne Citymission office can explain this process to you or give you information about it.

You have the right to seek advice, support and/or someone to speak on your behalf at any time during this process. Please speak with your worker or someone you trust about how to find this help.
