| Andrew Moore, Director, Finance & Corporate ServicesAndrew commenced with Melbourne Citymission in June 2009 bringing over 30 years' financial management experience to the organisation. Andrew previously held leadership and senior client service roles at Ernst and Young where he gained knowledge and experience working with a broad client base across the not-for-profit, corporate and public sectors.Andrew completed a Bachelor of Economics at Monash University and is a member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia.

| Jen Deurwaarder, Director, DevelopmentJen has worked in the human services area for the past thirty years both in the not-for-profit and government sector. Jen has been a member of Melbourne Citymission’s Executive Leadership team since 2001, was previously Director of Children's and Disability Services and now leads the Development unit. Her portfolio also includes a number of placed based services, where Melbourne Citymission in partnership with other stakeholders, have developed local responses for communities experiencing disadvantage. Jen has a Bachelor of Arts degree (Latrobe University), Diploma of Education (Latrobe University), a Bachelor of Education (Latrobe University) and a graduate Diploma in Recreation and Leisure Studies (RMIT).

| Liz Bishop, Director Children’s and Disability ServicesLiz has worked in the Victorian Disability sector for the past 29 years and has held a variety of leadership roles; from service manager to CEO in several Community Sector Organisations. Liz has been an active member of the disability peak body, the National Disability Services (NDS), as the NDS Victoria vice chair and as an elected representative at the NDS national level.Liz started her working life in the sector as a nurse at some of Melbourne’s largest Institutions for people with a disability. She has walked alongside people with a disability and their families as services have transformed to community based and now to individualised and people centred approaches.Liz has qualifications in management and leadership and considers herself fortunate to have completed the Williamson Community Leadership Program in 2002 and to have gained the Victorian Harvard Club scholarship to participate in the Strategic Perspectives in Not-For-Profit Management (SPNM) short course in 2008 at Harvard University.

| Mark Sketcher, Director, Aged and Palliative CareMark has been involved in senior and executive management of not-for-profit and government organisations for the past 15 years. This has included church based community service, dispute resolution and IT businesses. Prior to this he held senior management positions in corporate and private IT and telecommunication companies. As the Director of Melbourne Citymission's Aged & Palliative Care services he is committed to the delivery of high quality accommodation and services to people as they encounter ageing, dying and death. The hope for the journey with residents and clients is that these aspects of life can be as good as possible for them while being actively supported by Melbourne Citymission through its staff and volunteers.

| Sherri Bruinhout, Director, Homelessness & Justice ServicesSherri brings over fifteen years experience to the homelessness portfolio. She has worked in government and non-government settings, contributing to the youth homelessness, affordable housing and community inclusion sectors. Sherri has responsibility for Melbourne Citymission’s crisis accommodation, homelessness support services, justice programs and youth/family connections programs. Prior to this role Sherri was managing Melbourne Citymission’s Frontyard Youth Services, leading a diverse team in presenting ‘joined-up’ solutions to young people experiencing homelessness and disadvantage. Sherri holds a BA (Youth Affairs, RMIT) and post graduate studies in Education (RMIT).

| Steve Maillet, Director, Employment, Education & TrainingSteve Maillet is the Director of Employment, Education and Training, having undertaken a range of leadership roles internally across various divisions within Melbourne Citymission since August 2005. Steve, originally from Canada has worked in local government youth services, state & federal government roles and in direct service roles for both large & small community service organisations both in Australia & overseas. He is passionate about supporting pathways out of disadvantage, lifting rates of economic participation for early school leavers and unemployed Australians, developing alternative models for flexible learning & growing social enterprise activity. Steve has a Masters in Policy & Human Services, a Graduate Diploma in Counselling, a BA (Hons) in Therapeutic Recreation and a Diploma in Management.

| Sue Parkes, Director of Fundraising, Marketing & CommunicationsSue joined Melbourne Citymission in April 2011 bringing with her extensive experience in the community services sector that covers 18 years. She has worked in leadership roles developing and leading fundraising strategies, community development programs and strategies for corporate, philanthropic and donor engagement in both the community services sector and the health sector. She has hands on experience in major gifts, corporate giving and trust applications that have included Good Shepherd, Brotherhood of St Laurence and Sacred Heart Mission.
