Youth is a challenging time for everyone. You are changing in body and mind and you are doing it while living with a disability. We can support you as you navigate new milestones, friendships, boundaries and feelings. You can use the funds in your NDIS or Department of Human Services Individualised Support Plan for the support you need at home, school, in the community, or when you or your family need a break. We are here for you as you go through challenges other young people cannot understand. 

Shared Care

Melbourne City Mission Shared Care provides children with autism or disability with associated behaviours of concern, aged between 6-16, planned two-to-three day overnight stays in a house in Thornbury.

Positive Behaviour Support – Affirming Families

Affirming Families provides support for families with children who have a disability and presenting behaviours of concern. We can implement positive behaviour supports aimed at increasing your child’s ability to participate more fully in family home life and their broader community. Bridges Community Linkages

Bridges supports adults with mild to severe intellectual disabilities with community-based training and support. We also provide an adult training support service. Specialist ABI Support Coordination

If you have an acquired brain injury and are between 18 to 64 years we can support you for a period of time after your brain injury. We can support you in accessing services so you can participate in the community as fully as possible.
