Community Friend Program

The Community Friend Program is a social support service for people with a mild disability. The program gives people the opportunity to access the community, make new friends and enjoy socialising and getting out and about.  

Respite

Respite provides families with a short-term break while someone else supports the person with a disability. Our service aims to enhance the quality of life for both the person with a disability and the carer, while respecting their individual needs.
Parenting in Partnership

Parenting in Partnership assists parents with learning disabilities to grow in confidence as parents, practice social skills, receive informal role modeling from another parent, and participate more fully in their community. Bridges Community Linkages

Bridges supports adults with mild to severe intellectual disabilities with community-based training and support. We also provide an adult training support service.
