Moreland (Brunswick)

One of Melbourne Citymission's most established social inclusion projects is the ‘Family and Community Links' model, which is based at Hartnett House, a community hub in Brunswick.

Children, young people, adults and families, all with diverse needs, are linked to a range of services and supports that promote community inclusion and reflect the multicultural nature of the area.

A children's centre is based at the hub, along with a community development project aimed at enhancing community connections and supporting parents.

The hub offers space for meetings and weekend activities by community members and partnering agencies.
