School Focused Youth Program

Aims to strengthen links between schools and community by working with the education, health and welfare sectors to enhance the physical, mental and social-emotional wellbeing of primary and secondary schools aged between 10-18. The service allocates funding to school and community groups for programs to assist youths at risk.
