Gateway Reconnect
Reconnect provides free family mediation,
support and referral for 12 to 18 year olds who have recently
left home or are at risk of becoming homeless. This early
intervention program aims to reengage young people with
family (if appropriate), education, training, work and
the community in order to prevent homelessness. Gateway
Reconnect is a statewide program that operates from Frontyard.
