Family and Children’s Community Support Service
Operating on a shared-care model, FACCS
is a residential service, providing planned out-of-home
respite to children and young people (six to 18) who have
a disability and reside in the Northern Metropolitan region.
The program has won a Best Practice award for its planned
respite that incorporates a strong developmental focus.
