Support for Women Exiting Prison
Support for Women Exiting Prison (SWEP) provides post release support for women exiting prison from the Women’s Correctional Centres at Deer Park and Tarrengower, as well as those who have independently accessed the program or who are referred to the program by other organisations. On-going case management enables women released from prison to stabilise their accommodation, reunify with their children and families and resettle back into the community.
