ABI Community Access Program
This program provides a range of support services for individuals with an acquired brain injury. We provide outreach to the northern and eastern suburbs of Melbourne and individuals on a low income. Support includes case management, independent living skills training, linking to social and recreation services, brokerage funds, maintaining access program (northern region) and an activity of community living direct support program.
Our vision is to assist individuals increase their opportunities and freely make choices about all aspects of their life and participate in the community. We can help you get information, access support, find local contacts, set goals, look for housing, seek funding, find social groups, gain household skills, use memory strategies and access advocacy services.
