Case Management Action Group
With membership from most disability case management services in the Northern Metropolitan Region, the Case Management Action Group is a network of case management providers. They work in partnership to promote best practice, address service gaps, and offer advice on the development of new models of service. CMAG administers the Case Management North website that includes a Centralised Referral Registry, news, library and a notice board.
