Pastoral Care: Youth CBD Region
Paul Turton is the pastoral care youth worker located at King Street in the City of Melbourne. Paul has worked in spiritual and pastoral care roles for over twenty years. More recently he has worked with people in community and public housing, building collaborative links with community development workers, support workers and clients. He values the relationship between pastoral care and community work, and the important questions about identity and meaning that often arise.
Paul also has a background in fine art and design and often seeks to integrate these skills into his work practice. He is currently completing an MA thesis in spirituality.
Paul is available to clients through the many areas of the Melbourne Citymission service delivery to young people, including those offered through the Unemployment Education and Training Programs.
