Frontyard Youth Services
Frontyard is the name of a service platform which holds a collection of services that work together to address the physical, emotional and social needs of young people aged up to 25 years who spend time in the CBD and are homeless or at risk of homelessness. Some of the services also work with young people across the whole of Melbourne and Victoria. Frontyard seeks to provide young people with choices that contribute to their health and future wellbeing and, where possible, return them to their community of origin. Most services are drop-in so no appointments are necessary. The frontyard youth services are a mix of Melbourne Citymission and independently run services. Melbourne Citymission is the lead agency responsible for Frontyard's operating platform.
