Frontyard Integrated Youth Services work together to address the physical, social, and emotional needs of young people up to the age of 25, who spend time in the Melbourne CBD or who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. Some of the services also work with young people across the whole of Melbourne and Victoria.
Frontyard seeks to provide young people with choices that contribute to their health and wellbeing, and where possible, return them to their community of origin.
Most services are drop-in so no appointment is necessary.
Frontyard provides the following services:
- Youth Connections
- Family Reconciliation Mediation Program (FRMP)
- Melbourne Youth Support Services
- Job Services Australia
- Department of Human Services Centrelink
